Sara Jenkins
Having worked for Menter a Busnes on the Welsh Government’s Farming Connect programme for over 10 years, Sara has recently taken a change in career to jointly establish and work on a milk vending venture as part of her husband’s family farm, near Talybont. The venture Jenkins Family Milk has vending machines in Aberystwyth and Machynlleth and supplies several local shops, cafes and restaurants with pasteurised, organic milk.
Sara has worked extensively with business owners to support and facilitate product development and diversification project in the past and has hands-on business experience in the hospitality, tourism, and agri-food industries.
Sara has a Post Graduate Certificate from Aberystwyth University in Farm Consultancy and Knowledge Exchange and has completed accredited modules in coaching and mentoring.
Sara is a fluent Welsh speaker and a mother to three young children.
